Twenty seven years does sound a bit excessive for Tynes brother. I guess he's trying to get the story heard as Bush has just handed out 14 pardons.

I went to high school with both of them. Mark Tynes is lucky they only caught him for drug trafficking. He also beat his pregnant girlfriend and preyed on young middle school girls when he was WELL over 18 years old. If this guy gets out, he'll hurt someone. The Tynes are smug and immoral for even asking for this. Shame on them for attempting to make a mockery of justice.
